PSC Preparedness/Flag Inspections

Carrying out statutory surveys on behalf Flag Administrations as per international Conventions and Codes, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, Load Lines, Tonnage.

Pre-Purchase Inspections

Carrying out a full inspection afloat and/or dry-dock to evaluate the condition of the vessel's hull, tanks and internal compartments (cargo spaces, ballast tanks, void spaces). Preparing an official report with pictures.

Condition surveys

Evaluating vessel's physical conditions and management effectiveness as per P&I and H&M international standards.

 

Draught Surveys

The draught survey (USA)/ draft survey  (UK) is the recognized international method of determining a quantum of cargo loaded or discharged by measuring the change of displacement of a floating vessel.

 

Our Marine Surveyors are Naval Architects, experts in reading draughts, checking water density with calibrates hydrometers, sounding tanks to determinate the ballast  using the  ship's sounding table's.

 

We use specific software and mathematical computing algorithms to obtain the most accurate values of total the final displacement of your vessels and the cargo on board

 

Bunker surveys

Bunker Survey, also know as Bunker Delivery SurveyBunker Quantity Survey (BQS) or Bunker Stem Survey forms a critical part of preventing bunker delivery losses.

 

Our Bunker Surveyors are mainly employed to independently check and determine the barge delivered quantity and the vessel received quantity.

 

We send five representative bunker samples for laboratory testing after bunkering operation is completed according to ASTM/ISO 8217 and other specifications standards.

 

We only use approved  laboratories.

Cargo Pre-Loading and Pre-Shipment Inspections

In most contracts of carriage, the shipowner’s responsibilities begin at the time of loading, and it is, therefore, important to inspect the cargo at this stage.

 

Pre-shipment inspection of cargo is undertaken to determine and document the condition of the cargo at this time. This inspection is commonly referred to as the preloading survey.

On Hire / Off Hire Survey 

The on/off hire condition survey is an inspection of the vessel's holds, main deck, cargo working areas and external shell plating. It is performed by our surveyors in order to identify any damage present prior to the vessel going on/off hire. By doing it repetitively for many years, our surveyors became experts in analyzing a vessel.

 

ISM/ISPS/MLC 2006 Audits

Our Auditors are full familiarized with ISM Code, IPS Code and Maritime Labor Convention.  We're supporting Shipping Companies to determinate the compliance the regulatory framework carrying our Company and Onboard Audits.

Our Technical Staff is also the responsible for the repair of Mega Yachts, from the preparation for the work order,  selecting the best subcontractor, witnessing the repair and quality control, carrying out running tests and sea trials and preparing concise technical reports
